I have been involved with the folks at Equinox Environmental Consultation and Design in various projects over the last six (6) years. They have consulted on several real estate developments ranging from 2 acres to 196 acres. When my partners and I decided to develop our 1st project (and decidedly our most ambitious to date), a 196 acre parcel in south Buncombe County, North Carolina, we interviewed a number of Consulting and Design firms. Besides having received an excellent referral by one of the most prominent and discriminating architects in our area, we were ultimately persuaded by their honest and enthusiastic approach.
One of the refreshing aspects of working with Equinox was it was a young company with fresh ideas. They weren’t inhibited about making innovative suggestions, and fortunately we weren’t inhibited about accepting and putting them into action. Consequently, we feel we owe it to them that we received a First Place award from Riverlink, a local clean waters conservation advocate group as well as the prestigious acceptance by the Smithsonian Institution, including our development in their register of 5800 unique and significant gardens in America. I believe I can speak for my other two partners in saying we would endorse Equinox Environmental with out hesitation.
