Joyce has a diverse background in experimental and social sciences including management and research. Her Bachelor of Science degree is in Experimental Psychology, which has provided her with problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and an understanding of the human element in the world around us. Her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management endows her with expertise in such areas Compensation and Benefits Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Performance and general Business Administration. Joyce has coordinated multiple community, environmental, and fund-raising events, providing her with strong communication, organizational and computer experience that are needed to elevate Equinox to peak performance for our clients. Her devotion to church and community is evidenced by her allegiance to various boards, committees, and parent/teacher organizations.
