Water Resources Planning
 Equinox is noted for its water resource planning expertise. Prior to joining Equinox, Jim Blose, our senior scientist, was responsible for developing and overseeing a statewide watershed assessment program and helped develop guidelines for watershed assessments undertaken by the state’s Ecosystem Enhancement Program.
